An anvil too soon silenced. My son Evan died today. The son any parent would wish for, the husband and father too good to be true, the dedicated farrier all horses dream of, went out to work around his new farm and for no apparent reason just died.

Jay Harris once again hosted a wonderful Hickory event at Roaring Gap CC. The course is a treat to pay using hickories and the greens are terrific. Weather was perfect for the 24 players and this is something you should not miss next September. Thanks to Jay for all his efforts.
